Check-in
Guests are welcome to check in from 15:00 onwards. If you plan to arrive earlier, please let us know in advance — we’ll do our best to accommodate you, depending on room availability.
Check-out
Check-out time is until 11:00. Late check-out is possible upon request and subject to availability with an additional charge equal to half a day’s rate.
Children
Children of all ages are welcome at JP Pool Hotel. We aim to make family stays as comfortable as possible, whether you’re traveling with little ones or teenagers.
Extra Beds & Baby Cots
We can accommodate a baby cot after request(free of charge). Availability is limited, so please contact us in advance to arrange this.
Pets
While we love animals, pets are not allowed on the property to ensure comfort and hygiene for all our guests.
Payments
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) and cash payments at the property. Please note that a deposit or pre-authorization is needed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is free (30 days before).The deposit can be transferred in another date of the year or next year.
Transfers & Special Requests
Airport transfers by taxi can be arranged.For late check in we will need your flight number. Simply contact us and our team will be happy to assist.
